The WalCal application was designed to create a static calendar on your current wallpaper. Once it has created the calendar it is not needed to keep it running.

It uses a copy of the current wallpaper. This way it does not destroy the original. If you log in again the wallpaper is restored as it was before.

The program does not add anything to the registry or any other folder than that where the program it self is in.

You can change the settings with the graphical interface. Here you can change fonts, colors and placement of all parts of the calendar
